Black Ops Annihilation map pack, buy Cod 4 or Start Playin MW2 again?

I vote for CoD4. It was the most balanced, fun game in the series back when I played it, but the quality of the multiplayer may have gone down a bit, I heard there are a LOT of modders and people looking to ruin people's fun.
