HELP? black ops map pack free? xbox?

Ok so I just got XBL in july last yearf and well my friend gave me the maps for mw2 for free by saving them to a flashdrive of his and me came over to my house and Copyid or moved them to my hardrive and when he went back home he downloaded them again and we both had them? Will this work for the new black ops map pack?
