Virgin Gaming Question?

Ok so i was playing nba 2k11 on xbox live and i saw a lobby that said "virgin gaming 2k11 $10k tourney". I clicked on it to see what it was. nothing promped me to accept any Terms and Conditions or anything like that. it just braught me to a lobby and i got a bunch of game requests from people. I DO have my dads credit card hooked up to my XBL account so could they have charged a sum of money to his account for just being in the lobby? please help lay my concerns to rest. thatnks
