XBL disconnction can anyone help?

My Xbox says I'm connected to Xbox live with awesome full connection but then like 5 minuets later I get disconnected and out of everything that uses internet in my house just my Xbox gets disconnected, I use wifi to connect so can anyone tell me why this is happening or how to fix it?
