Can i buy mortal kombat costumes? xbox 360 and ps3?

I wanted to know if there is way to buy costumes in the playstation stores or xbox live marketplace such as retro smoke, etc. Also does anyone know what we can buy for the mortal kombat game from the online stores xbl marketplace and ps store?
