Got kicked out of university in the US for academic dishonesty. Can I start over in another country?

The odds are overwhelmingly high that a Canadian university is going to want to see your academic history from the US. If you send them a transcript (which you probably have to) it's very likely that they're going to realize that you got kicked out for cheating, and that will destroy your chances of admission. However, if you can find a school that doesn't require you to show them your academic history from the US, you might still have a chance.
