I bought xbl membership with paypal and i want to turn off auto renewal?

Sadly the ONLY way to cancel an auto renewing membership to my knowlege is to call them. I went through HELL to get mine cancelled a few years ago and have been using prepaid cards since. If you add a prepaid card it will temporarily stop the automatic renewal, however as soon as it expires it will auto renew again.
